Qualifications:  Masters in one of the medical fields Public Health or Ob/Gyn. Or pediatrics.  A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the field of reproductive health, institutional capacity development and organizational strategy and planning, etc.;  Solid experience in data analysis;  Strong exposure with health public policies and trends;  Outstanding report-writing and presentation skills;  Fluency in Arabic and English
