Job description
Tasks:
- Reception of visitors
- Administrative support of logistic, finance and administrative team (writing official correspondence in Arabic and translating standard texts from English into Arabic and from Arabic into English);
- Handling of purchasing orders for all kind of material
- Administration and monitoring of office and cleaning material and stocks at the Embassy
- Administration of Office Key Management
- Organization of meetings, dispatch and control of invitations for Operational Teams (Office for International Cooperation)
- Partial deputation of logistic assistant and of finance and administrative officers
- Various other administrative tasks
Requested Profile
- High school degree and administrative formation
- Perfect knowledge of Arabic and of very good English written and spoken; French or German, written and spoken will be an asset
- Very good computer skills; ability to type in Arabic and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Team player, flexible and service-oriented
- Professional administrative experience
